I kindly ask you to pay your attention to the issue with heating in our room #206.
Currently, our room is not properly heated and it is really cold to live here. Some of us already started to suffer from sneezing and a sore throat. It is not possible to stay in the room for more than a couple of hours, so we have to wear some additional winter clothes to feel a bit warmer. We hope that you can take actions to resolve this issue right away.
We would highly appreciate if you could respond immediately to our request
