My name is Malikov Abdufattokh and I live in room #206 in Dormitory2 of Inha University. Heating system in our room does not work properly and it's very cold in our room. Because of this problem, 2 of our roommates got seriously sick and it's really hard to live in this room.
We are asking you to solve this problem as soon as possible, or to provide the heater to make the room comfortable to live.
