Dear administration,

The heating in our room is significantly colder compared to all other rooms and it is extremely hard to live in current weather temperature. Two of our roommates got seriously sick and now are having hard times. 

We have already visited the dormitory office requesting for fixing the heating. Afterwards, the engineer has come to our room and tried fixing the issue with the floor heating, however, after observing some time no result was observed. 

We would like the administration to take this issue seriously and handle it as soon as possible.
