Roommate Application(1st Semester, 2025)
1. Application Period : Feb 3(Mon) 11:00 ~ Feb 5(Wed) 23:59, 2025
2. Eligibility : Students who paid for the dormitory during the 1st semester, 2025
※ A roommate application which includes a student who gives up entering the dormitory will be canceled without notice.
3. How to Apply
A. Freshmen (Undergraduate and Graduate Freshmen)
: One representative will submit an online application via Google Form

B. representative student applies on behalf of his/her roommates from INHA Portal.
☞ Inha portal system → Log-in → INS → Dormitory → Roommates application
※ If a freshman and a current student wish to apply for roommates together, they should submit the application via Google Form in the same way as freshmen (include the freshman's application number and the current student's student ID).
4. Attention
A. The dormitory room type (4-person, 3-person, 2-person) must be the same, and you must fill in the applicant
information accurately.
B. If the dorm period (1st semester, 1st semester + summer vacation, 1 year) is different, you cannot apply for roommates.
C. Depending on the dormitory operation, long-term residents (one semester + summer break, one year) may be required to change
rooms during the occupancy period.
※ If you do not follow the rules above, your application will be automatically canceled without notice.
※ After the application period, you cannot change roommates or apply for new ones.
