Notice for the 2025-1 Semester Dormitory Application

 

(Undergraduate and Graduate Students)

 

1. Eligibility: Undergraduate and graduate students of this university (including leave-of-absence

students and part-time students)

a. New graduate students should refer to section 5 for the application method and apply via email.

 - New graduate students(international) can apply through the INHA International Admissions Team

b. International students can only apply for either Biryongjae (2nd Dormitory) or the 3rd Dormitory.

3. Required Documents for Submission

Submit on the Entrance Day(Excluding health certificates)

Without TB test result, it is not allowed to enter the dormitory.

Failure to submit will result in inability to check in.

   - The 2nd Dormitory (2 person room/Private Bathroom): Includes 0 male and 0 female students with disabilities.

The 3rd Dormitory operates with A-type/B-type rooms, so please refer to the facilities details on the website.

The number of selected residents may change based on applications from priority students (e.g., scholarship recipients, exchange students, etc.).

The installment amount varies by the duration of each period/Failure to pay for the second term will result in automatic cancellation of dormitory admission for the second semester and winter break.

 

8. The operation of a restaurant in the dormitory

A. Mandatory meal plan is one meal a day from Mon to Fri.(Excluding weekends and holidays)

B. Use Payco for Mandatory meal.

1st semester : 70 meals

1st semester + Summer vacation : 114 meals

1 year : 224 meal

 

9. Dormitory Fees Refund Policy

A. Full Refund (Refund will be made within 14 days.)

1) Cancellation must be made until Jan 27, 2025

2) Visit the dormitory office and fill out the withdrawal application form.

3) Bank account opened in Korea is necessary

B. Partial Refund (Refund will be made within 14 days.)

10. Attention

A. The main matters of the dormitory and the rules of the dormitory are provided on the dormitory website.

B. The student is responsible for the disadvantages caused by unskilled land.

C. In the dormitory, you can check the dormitory regularly to check the use of dangerous substances and heat transfer equipment.

D. Those who have specific characteristics such as snoring and teeth grinding are not allowed to join the company and may leave the company if a problem occurs after joining the company.

E. The dormitory operates a closed door system [1:30 AM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)].

F. Students who join the dormitory must report their transfer to the dormitory address, and please refer to the notice later for more information.

G. The selection criteria will be changed from the 25-2 semester. (Adjustment of grades and regional scores) Please refer to the notice later.
