1. Leaving 2nd semester, 2024
A. Date and Time : Until Dec 21 (Sat) 17:00, 2024
B. Procedure : Cleaning the room → Return of supplies
※ Supplies list : Room key, Mattress cover (with Waterproof cover)
※ Location and time of Administrative processing

2. Winter Vacation Room Movement
A. Date and Time : Dec 22 (Sun), 2024. 14:00 ~ 17:00 [Strict adherence to time, including
residents transferring between dormitories]
B. Procedure : Cleaning the room → Exchange of supplies and administrative treatment
※ Assigned room Confirmation Date : 2024. 12. 20.(Fri)
※ Location of exchange for supplies (old → new): Designated places of each dormitory.

Dormitory Pledge |
- Submit a survey before Entrance Day - Without Dormitory Pledge, it is not allowed to enter the dormitory - Fill out using the QR code. |

4. Attention
A. In case of loss or damage of equipment (room key, Mattress cover, etc.), reimbursement claim is required
B. For residents of the 3rd dormitory, the full cost of door lock replacement will be charged when changing the room door lock password and registering the card.
C. Individuals are responsible for cleaning the used space thoroughly. The dormitory is not responsible for any loss or loss of property upon Entrance or Leaving.
※Moving services for personal belongings will not be provided from the 2024 Spring Semester.
