Dormitory Information for Residents(Winter vacation, 2024)

 


1. Entrance Day : Dec 22(Sun) 14:00 ~ 17:00

Date and time must be observed

No admittance to outsiders.


2. Submission documents

Submission documents

Note

Tuberculosis test result

- Submit on the Entrance Day (Excluding health certificates)

- Without Tuberculosis test result, it is not allowed to enter the dormitory

- Examination results after Dec 1, 2024

- Excluding students who submitted for the 1st semester and summer vacation

of 2024, 2nd semester of 2024

- Only authorized for public health centers or hospitals

Dormitory Pledge

- Submit a survey on the bottom before the Check-in

- Without Dormitory Pledge, it is not allowed to enter the dormitory

- Access the QR code at the bottom and submit the Google Form

4. Attention

A. We do not accept students who have bad sleeping habits which disturb other students such as snoring, teeth grinding, etc. (Any subsequent violations could result in Immediate Expulsion)

B. If you need to bring in an Prohibited Items for health reasons, please contact Dormitory Office.

C. Rooms are randomly assigned based on student ID.

D. Desks are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
