3. Selection standards
a. Select current residents first, then choose from applicants
b. However, long-term applicants among current residents will be prioritized for double rooms. If not selected, they will be considered for quad rooms.

7. Operation of the Dining Hall within the Dormitory
a. Meal Plan : Mandatory meal plan is one meal a day from Mon to Fri.[weekends and holidays]
b. How to Use : Use Payco for Mandatory meal. Meals outside of mandatory meals must be
purchased separately.

9. Cancellation of registration, Mid-term Withdrawal, and Refund policy

10. Attention
a. The dormitory is not responsible for any problems arising from not being familiar with
rules of the dormitory.
b. There may be a random visit inspection to check the use of prohibited items
c. Students who have bad sleeping habits such as snoring , teeth grinding, etc cannot enter
the dormitory.
d. If you don't submit the Required Documents, you can't enter(Check No. 6)
e. Register the correct address, postal code and account number at INHA portal system before
applying for the dormitory.
- Modification of address and zip code is only available at your department office.
※ Construction may occur within the dormitory during the winter vacation, so we kindly ask for
your cooperation. [Notice will be provided before the construction starts.]
